What payment methods does Joybiiz accept ?
All digital and debit card payment methods can be used with Joybiiz. More than 5,000 bank connections can be synchronised with Joybiiz.
As a merchant, no action is required on your part. Employees spend in your establishment as they would with a normal means of payment.
It’s up to the employee to synchronise the bank account(s) of their choice and their other means of payment in the Joybiiz application. And each time they use one of these payment methods in your shop, they will be reimbursed in the form of cashback according to the percentage you define when configuring your Cash Pack.

How is my business identified by joybiiz without me having to intervene ?
Thanks to our partners and open banking, we are able to identify your business from the information on your customers’ transactions.
Example :
You work with bank “X” and your bank identification number is “001 002 003”.
When a Joybiiz user makes a payment in your store, the number 001 002 003 appears on the transaction history.
This information is automatically transmitted to Edonys and the employee is reimbursed in the form of cashback.
Why don't I have to do anything to accept a discount instead of using a simple loyalty card / discount card ?
Cashback is automated via any terminal or payment method. Employees who receive a JoyGet subscription via their employer will use their usual means of payment (bank card, Apple Pay, etc.), just as they do every day. The transaction and payment are instantaneous. So there is no longer any need for a specific additional card to claim a discount.
Why is there no subscription fee for the Cash Pack ?
As a merchant, Edonys considers that you already pay enough costs on a daily basis. We prefer to allow you to invest in your visibility, attractiveness and rewarding our users.
That’s why you only pay a percentage of the fee when a Joybiiz user visits your business.
