No legislation but a charter for good management

Since 2020, the Ministry of Consumer Protection, in collaboration with the Union luxembourgeoise des consommateurs (ULC), the Confederation luxembourgeoise of commerce (CLC) and Horesca, has drawn up a charter for the proper management of gift vouchers.
