The principle of Joybiiz in 5 steps
Choose the benefits available to your employees from our two packages :
- JoyGive : give your employees a budget for automated meal vouchers and/or gift vouchers at an attractive cost

Step 1
Automated JoyMeals and/or JoyGifts for your employees :
Each time an employee to whom you have allocated a JoyMeals meal voucher budget and/or a JoyGifts gift voucher budget visits an eligible business (restaurant, supermarket, etc.) :
- The transaction is automatically detected by Joybiiz
- The employee is automatically refunded the amount of the transaction* in the form of cashback to its bank account.
*The amount of the reimbursement depends on the budget remaining to be used and the reimbursement limits imposed by Luxembourg regulations.
Step 2
Automated discounts in our network of partner merchants :
Every time an employee who has subscribed to the JoyGet package makes a purchase at a partner store or website :
- The transaction will be automatically detected by Joybiiz
- Employees are automatically reimbursed for part of the amount of the transaction* in the form of cashback, which they can either withdraw from their bank account or reuse with the merchant.
*The amount of the refund depends on the type and amount of discount granted by our merchant partner.
Step 3
Only one action required : secure synchronisation of bank account(s)
Once your employees have received their invitation, all they have to do is synchronise the bank account(s) with which they make their daily purchases with Joybiiz.
Over 5,000 bank connections are possible with Joybiiz. And all in total security, under the supervision of the CSSF (the Luxembourg Financial Sector Supervisory Commission).
